1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AgenticCodingCertification ("ACC", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
ACC provides online educational content, including video lectures, quizzes, and a certification exam, focused on AI-assisted software development. The free tier provides access to course materials. The paid certification ($150, one-time) includes a timed exam and human code review.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Anti-Cheat and Monitoring
Our platform tracks video watch progress at the second level and monitors exam sessions with server-side timing. By using ACC, you consent to this monitoring. Any attempt to circumvent anti-cheat measures will result in account suspension and forfeiture of certification eligibility.
5. Certification and Exam
The certification exam is a 3-hour timed assessment. Exam results are determined by human code review and are final. ACC reserves the right to revoke certifications if fraud or cheating is discovered after issuance.
6. Payments and Refunds
Certification fees are processed through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once the exam has been started. If you have not started the exam, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, and quizzes, is owned by ACC. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials. Code you produce during the exam is your own intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
ACC is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about employment outcomes, career advancement, or the recognition of our certification by any third party. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the certification.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ACC after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
